Drums for Schools

In the first of musiceducationzone's fabulous FREE Prize Draws (to be drawn at the end of March 2010), Drums for Schools are offering two fantastic prizes:

  • Rowdy Music Maker (RRP £399) plus a Balinese umbrella (RRP £199) to turn into outdoor instrument kit
  • Mini Music Maker (RRP £141) plus a Balinese umbrella (RRP £99) to turn into outdoor instrument kit

Rowdy Music Maker                      Mini Music Maker                          Balinese umbrella

Rowdy and Mini Music Makers are all-in-one music exploration machines. Perfect for introducing young musicians to the many different ways that sounds can be produced, they're a wonderful way for them to learn to make music together. Because all the instruments are in a single casing and because line of sight is preserved between the players, they can quickly appreciate that music-making is really a form of communication and you’ll hear all sorts of musical conversations developing.

The instruments also encourage a wide range of physical movement - pulling, pushing, twisting, turning, tipping, plucking, shaking and hitting. The materials used are mainly natural - woods, fruit husks, shells, goatskin, bamboo with bronze and steel for variety of timbre. Each version can be adapted for outdoor use by adding a beautiful Balinese umbrella attachment (made from high-quality, waterproof canvas).

All you have to do for a chance to win is answer this simple question then fill in your details below:

Where is Drums for Schools' showroom?
